Texan by Nature (TxN), an organization founded in 2011, honored the “TxN 20” at its annual Conservation Summit, at the George W. Bush Presidential Center.

Residential real estate specialists were not surprised. The best outdoor living spaces are designed to elevate a home’s appeal and increase its value. Another insight is also revealing: Homeowners are willing to spend a quarter of their home improvement budget on creating outdoor living spaces.
